Extended Abstract / Poster Submission Guidelines
Eligibility:
We welcome a diverse range of participants from academic, research, and professional communities to contribute to the poster session. The following individuals and groups are eligible to submit posters:

Undergraduate and Graduate Students:
- Students currently enrolled in Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programs from recognized universities and academic institutions.
- Multidisciplinary and cross-departmental student groups are also encouraged to participate.

Academic Researchers and Faculty Members:
- Early-career researchers, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty members engaged in scientific or applied research.
- Both individual and collaborative submissions involving faculty-student teams are accepted.

Industry Professionals and R&D Personnel:
- Researchers, engineers, scientists, and technical staff from companies and R&D organizations working on innovative projects, technologies, or applied science.

Research Institutes and Government Agencies:
- Participants from national and international research institutions, government research bodies, and environmental agencies are eligible to submit scientific posters.

Independent Researchers and Innovators:
- Independent professionals with demonstrated research or innovation experience may also submit posters.
Presentation Requirement:
- At least one member of each accepted submission must be present at the event to present the poster during the official session.
- Posters must be submitted in English.
- All submitted work must be the original and recent (less than 2 years)
- Each individual or group may submit only one extended abstract for consideration.
Extended Abstract / Poster Submission Guide:
To ensure your extended abstract / poster is clear, impactful, and professionally presented, please follow these guidelines:

Abstract Submission Deadline:
- Submit your poster abstract in extended abstract format (which includes brief introduction, methodology, results with one or two key findings in figures ) through the registration form no later than November 15, 2025.

Notification of Acceptance:

Authors will be notified of acceptance by December 15, 2025. Authors need to send final posters to the committee on or before December 30, 2025.

Content Design:

Structure your poster to emphasize clarity and visual engagement. Use concise text supported by figures, graphs, tables, and visuals to communicate your research findings effectively.

Template Use:
- The poster should be submitted in the template provided in the website.

Proofreading:

Carefully review your content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and clarity. Verify all scientific data, citations, and graphical elements.

File Format:

Save and submit your poster as a PDF file to ensure compatibility and highquality display.

Registration Requirement:

If your poster is accepted, at least one registered presenter must attend the event to ensure inclusion in the official program.
